Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer, and any delays will be communicated accordingly.
Shipping Charges
A flat shipping fee of PKR 300 applies to all orders, regardless of order value or quantity. This fee covers packaging and delivery through our trusted courier partners. Any additional charges, including taxes or levies (if applicable), are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on your location. Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days, however delivery may take longer in certain areas due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, natural events, or courier delays. In such cases, updates will be shared via phone or email.

Kidzanias uses reliable courier services to ensure secure and timely delivery of all orders. We reserve the right to choose the most suitable courier based on destination, order size, and delivery requirements.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details, including name, contact number, and delivery address. Kidzanias is not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
Undeliverable Orders
In rare cases where an order cannot be delivered due to unforeseen circumstances such as courier issues or natural events, the customer will be informed promptly. Refunds for undeliverable orders will be processed via bank transfer, JazzCash, or store credit, based on customer preference.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message or email with tracking details (where available). This allows you to monitor your shipment status and estimated delivery date.
International Shipping
Currently, Kidzanias delivers within Pakistan only. Any future international shipping options will be announced on our website along with relevant terms and charges.
