If, for any reason, the item you receive is not satisfactory, we accept returns within seven working days from the date of delivery. Unsatisfactory Items

An item is considered unsatisfactory if you receive the wrong size or color, if the product has a manufacturing defect, or if an incorrect item is delivered that was not part of your original order. Returned items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered, with all original tags and packaging intact. Sale or clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange. Requests based on personal preference, such as the product not looking good, will not be accepted. Material or fabric feel concerns are subjective and are not considered defects. Minor removable marks or small imperfections also do not qualify as defects.

Return & Exchange Process

To request a return or exchange, please contact our customer care team via WhatsApp, Facebook message, or email within seven working days of receiving your order. Kindly share your order number, contact number, product details, and the reason for the return or exchange. Once your request is received, our team will review it and respond within three working days with further instructions.

Refund Method

All approved returns will be refunded in the form of store credit equal to the value of the returned item. This store credit has no expiry date and can be used for any future purchase at Kidzanias.

Stock Availability

While we make every effort to keep our inventory updated, if an item you ordered is unavailable, a full refund will be issued for that product.
